Director of Administration
DESCRIPTION: The director of administration is responsible for leading the school in fulfilling its mission. This position will oversee the administrative team in leading the planning of, preparation for, and execution of the various activities of the school year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Spiritual:
Fully devoted, submitted follower of Jesus Christ as He is described in the Bible alone.
Belief that the Bible is God’s inerrant, complete Word, the standard for truth, and relevant to Christian faith and daily living.
Wholeheartedly in agreement with MCA’s Statement of Faith.
An active member of a Christ-centered church, governed only by the Christian Bible, and has a Statement of Faith in agreement with MCA’s Statement of Faith.
Actively practices and exhibits Christian principles of the Christian faith including personal discipleship and accountability within a life/community group and seeks to model in speech, actions, and attitude a consistent daily walk with Jesus Christ.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s level or higher is preferred
Administrative experience, preferably in the educational field
Teaching experience, preferably 3 years
Demonstrated success as a leader
