Student Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Macedonian Christian Academy (MCA).  It is exciting to see God's leading and direction in our school.  MCA exists as a supplement to the parents' own teaching, enabling the parents to be even more effective in their time with their children.

As you consider a Christian education for your children, pray for God to guide your thinking and learn all you can about the philosophy of Christian education. The decision to attend a Christian school should be made only after weighing all of the benefits as well as the sacrifices that may be necessary.

We are praying that God will send families to MCA who desire a thorough Christian education for their children.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Macedonian Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, gender, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students.  We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national and ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school administered programs.

Re-Enrollment

The school will notify parents in the spring about re-enrollment.  We strongly encourage you to take the opportunity to sign up your child.  The school many times has a waiting list for students.  We will not guarantee your child a place unless you re-enroll and pay your early registration.

Confidentiality

  • All student records are considered confidential.
  • Information regarding admission, academic progress, test scores, health records, attendance or discharge of a student will be confidential and restricted to staff designated to have appropriate access to the information.
  • Parents may have access to their child's permanent record at any time.
  • Student academic and health records will be released upon payment of applicable tuition and fees that have accrued on the student's account.

Financial Aid

The majority of MCA students come from low-income families.  These families are not always able to afford our low tuition fees, so we try to provide as much financial aid as possible.  Currently, we are able to give scholarships to nine out of every ten families who are in need of the support.  How are we able to do this? For years, Macedonian Christian Academy has relied on the Annual L.I.F.E. Fund. The Leadership, Integrity, Faith & Education Fund is an account where charitable support is the essential backbone to pay for some of the important programs and services at MCA, including student scholarships. If you feel you are in need of financial support please contact a representative today.
