Secondary Campus

MCA provides a quality, core education of math, science, English language arts, social studies, and Bible. Students can choose from a variety of electives which include drama, band, choir, art, and journalism.

While academics are important, we strive to provide a student experience that encompasses our mission to make disciples and support families. We do that in many ways throughout the week:

Here’s what our graduates have to say about their experience at MCA:

Andrew Medina, Class of 2011:
MCA holds a special place in my heart. It’s where my family went to school and some of my relatives are teachers at MCA. Being impacted by the teachers meant a whole lot to me. They weren’t just teachers that taught you the subject and have you do homework, but they also shared deep wisdom with you, and they just loved you unconditionally. At MCA you are also a family. You bond with so many people, make new friends, and create special memories, but, most importantly, it’s a place where you get to be discipled and grow in your faith in Christ, and grow not only as a student but as a believer. Even when you graduate and transition to another chapter of life, MCA is still a place you can say is dear to your heart, and it is home. Once an MCA Lion, always an MCA Lion!

Nicole Sanchez, Class of 2017:
Going into MCA, I believed in God and the gospel, but it certainly wasn’t evident in my life. It wasn’t until the year I entered MCA that I realized – though I was young – God still called me to be a disciple of His Son. Through Bible class, Christian friends, chapel, and our caring staff, I began to see the Christian walk as more than just going to church and praying before meals. My classes helped me see my academics as more than a grade, but also a way in which I could bring glory to God. My friends taught me not to be ashamed of following Christ but instead to embrace it. And my teachers inspired me to seek Jesus and to build a strong relationship with Him. I have been well prepared academically and spiritually, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Sergio Perez, Class of 2020:
MCA has been such a life changing blessing to me, both in teacher to student relationships and also student to student. God has definitely been shown to me by my teacher to student relationships. These teachers love on you as if you’re their own child. Even after I graduated, they are always there if I need a shoulder to cry on, if I need some Godly advice, or even just to talk about life in general. I’ve also seen God work in our student-led discipleship groups. This gives students an opportunity to get to know each other and be able to learn to share the Gospel. For anyone who is reading this, I want you to know that we are not just a school, we are family!
